Cooper Webb is an American professional Motocross and Supercross racer with five career championships. Born in Newport, North Carolina where his father Robert, a professional surfer, raced motocross in the 70s, Webb has competition in his blood. He dominated the competition to win the 2019 AMA Supercross Championship for the first time. In 2020, he placed 2nd, in 2021 he won his second AMA Supercross Championship, and in 2022 he finished the year in 7th. 


Webb competed in his first motocross race at the age of 4 at the Kinley MX, won his first amateur championship at 6, and was named the Youth Motocrosser of the Year in 2010. Then in 2013, Webb began his professional motocross career at the age of 17 with the Yamaha factory racing team and was named the 2014 Monster Energy Supercross Rookie of the Year. By 2015, Webb had won his first 250SX Western Regional Championship. In 2016, he won the Western Regional Championship again and won the 250cc AMA Motocross Championship. That same year, Webb was also the team captain for the American 2016 Motocross Des Nations team that finished 2nd place. 2017 saw him move up to the 450cc class, and two years later he joined the KTM factory racing team.
